All our team share a common enthusiasm for excellent hospitality, guest service, tasty wholesome food and winter sports. Our teams are recruited for their high energy and customer focus and are fully trained in advance of the season. The minimum requirements is for all host candidates to have attended chalet cookery school. Experience in driving for at least 3 years is essential for drivers.
Our aim is simple – to enjoy the mountain and deliver the highest levels of guest satisfaction. If we build the right team and support them well, then in turn we all have the best and most memorable season.
