Alpinium provides great quality holidays in the French Alps. Our guests are mainly from the UK and Ireland but we also attract guests from as far as South Africa and Russia.
Our staff are at the core of our product, interacting with our guests on a daily basis. Our guests expect excellent service with a smile and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals; Chefs and Hosts, trained Ski Technicians and competent Drivers. We provide an intense training week pre-season to bring you up to speed, teaching you our high standards of service and cleanliness and our fixed menu so you can prepare and deliver fabulous dinner parties with confidence.
We employ both UK and EU citizens, however for UK Citizens there is now a lengthy, complex and costly process to employ you, a cost on our time and yours, both in the UK before you come out and in France during your free time, as well as a monetary cost we share with you.
Working a winter season in the French Alps is a highly rewarding experience however a good standard of health and stamina is required. It’s hard work and also a lot of fun, all set in a fabulous environment. Winter sports, lots of social time, live music in the bars and mostly blue skies! The French Alps are one of the most beautiful places to spend 5 months. Our team works mainly split shifts 5 days a week, enabling you to participate in winter sports from 11am until 4.30pm each day with the exception of two days off a week when you can ski all day! That’s a lot of fun time on the mountain.
