The Alpinium Covid Promise

At Alpinium, no matter what transpires this winter, we stand by our promise to ensure you can book with confidence.‍

Our Covid Promise Valid with holidays booked until end of April 2022

1. If you are Covid negative and UK or French Travel Restrictions are imposed or the lifts close, we will refund your money, normally within 7 working days of your holiday return date.
2. If you are Covid positive and cannot come, we will provide you with a holiday voucher valid for 12 months so that you can re-book with us. We refund monies paid for lift passes and equipment booked with Alpinium. If a room is liberated due to this cancellation, we will first offer you the opportunity to fill it with new guests or should you have booked sole occupancy you may wish to pay the balance to ensure sole occupancy. Should this not be the case, we retain the right to re-sell the room.
3. It must be respected when booking that in return for our Covid guarantee, your rebooking is of vital importance to us.
4. If you are Covid negative and travel restrictions are imposed during your ski holiday with us or the ski lifts close during your stay due to Covid and you have to leave early, the number of days lost will be refunded pro-rata.
5. If a member of your group catches Covid whilst staying in our chalet, our staff will be withdrawn from the chalet and you will have to self cater. There will be no refund for this.
6. You must vacate the chalet at check out time to allow for thorough cleaning and our new guest arrivals.
7. We will help you organise alternative accommodation if requested at your cost.
