Hey! I'm Matt, from Wales but currently living in London. My background is in science and I love using those skills to try out and optimise new recipes! I cannot wait to start the season and be on the mountains with my partner Emilie, running Chalet Edelweiss and creating a relaxed, comforting environment with some amazing food for all our guests!

Skier or snowboarder? - 100% skier!

Favourite country visited? - Probably Japan, I went for the Rugby World Cup in 2019 which was so special! Would also love to ski in Hokkaido.

Passions and interests? - Hiking, skiing, baking, painting, rugby and reading

Favourite Cocktail? - Nothing beats a good old fashioned!
