Hi, I'm Laura and this will be my 20th winter in the Alps! Before that I had a management and purchasing career in the London restaurant scene so my experience in hospitality and knowledge of the chalet business is extensive. My job is to ensure everything is geared up for you to enjoy the best holiday ever! Our personal service and highly trained team are at the forefront of everything we do. I'm passionate about the mountains, skiing, snowboarding, telemarking and road cycling (in the summer of course) and if I'm not doing one of those things or chatting to our guests, you may find me walking my black field spaniel called 'Happy'!
